Part 1: A private home-based consultation of approximately 2 hours with our Behavioural Trainer who will start off the assessment process.
Part 2: A private professional consultation with Dr Nela Graham at our clinic in Coomera or remotely via Zoom for a further 2 to 3 hours depending on the complexity of the case
A comprehensive report detailing all aspects discussed in the consultation
A behaviourally qualified and experienced veterinarian dedicated your pet's mental health available by phone or email to support you through your initial few months of the treatment program (this is extended as required after the revisit consultation)
Initial medication script if required (Please note that for dogs under 10kg and for certain medications, a script will be filled by me through a preferred compounding chemist. The script fee itself will be included with your initial consultation cost, but the cost of these compounded medications will require a separate fee)
3 short follow-up phone calls to monitor initial progress post consultation (valid for 3 months after the initial consultation)
Ability to source any equipment such as: recommended harnesses, muzzles, or crates and enrichment items required to ensure your dog's basic needs are met. (Purchase of equipment will require a separate fee)
This personalised, qualified service is available to you at an investment of between $550 and $650 depending on the complexity of the case and number of dogs being assessed in the household. This fee covers both Part 1 (our Behavioural Trainer visiting your home) and Part 2 (your visit with your pet to our Behaviour Clinic in Coomera or a remote consultation via online video conference Zoom). Review follow-up consultations range between $250 and $300 and will include a follow up report. Travel charges apply for clients outside of the Gold Coast area.
We look forward to helping you invest in your dog's long term behavioural health. Please contact Dr Nela for any questions.
